HIGH DEGREE OF PREFABRICATION
Due to our high degree of prefabrication, we are able to realize individual wishes of our customers quickly, cost-effectively and in line with quality standards. This enables us to economically assemble a tension member adapted to your special requirements.
For corrosion protection, each individual strand in the area of the free armature length is protected with a single plastic tube - or the entire strand bundle is protected with a common plastic sheathing tube.
The transfer of the anchor's tensile force to the structure to be designed is achieved by means of a two-part anchorage using a perforated disc (in accordance with our German approval Z-13.8-142 or the European approval ETA-16/0262) and an anchor plate to be designed.
BBV STRAND ANCHOR TEMPORARY WITH POST INJECTION SYSTEM
The external load-bearing capacity of grouted anchors can be increased by improving the skin friction between soil and grout body by means of post-injection.
All BBV anchor systems can be equipped with post-injection lances or backfill lances made of PE-HD in the standard sizes 13 x 2 mm or 16 x 2 mm (other sizes on request).
BBV STRAND ANCHOR REMOVABLE
In the case of the completely removable anchor (type CR), the arrangement of a rupture body at the ground end of the BBV strand anchor enables the entire steel tension member to be removed - with the load-bearing capacity of the installed anchor remaining undiminished, during the planned period of use in different soil types. Weakening of the strands is not necessary.
In the case of the partially removable anchor (type PR), the strand cross-section of each strand is reduced in a defined manner at the factory in the transition from the subsequent grouted section to the "free anchor length". There is no weakening of the entire strand - e.g. by inductive pre-weakening. The remaining cross-section of the strands retains 100% of its load-bearing capacity! The strands are provided with anti-corrosion compound (greased) in the free armature length and lie either individually in PE sheathing tubes or together in a collective sheathing tube.
