Two separate prestressed concrete superstructures, each 100 m long
The project
The Gumpenbach Bridge is located on the B27 between the Kornwestheim-Mitte and Kornwestheim-Nord interchanges in Ludwigsburg County.
The structure, approximately 100 m long, consists of two sections, one for each direction of travel.
The two superstructures were constructed as double-web slab girders, each built in a single construction phase.
BBV Systems GmbH was responsible for the on-site fabrication of the tendons as well as for their prestressing and grouting.
