PROPERTIES OF THE BBV STRAND ANCHOR SEMI-PERMANENT
The product portfolio of BBV Systems includes semi-permanent anchors of type eco and type mono. Both types are designed for use for up to 4 years.
Each strand is protected in the area of the free anchor length ("Ltf") by a single sheathing tube, which is pre-injected with corrosion protection agent at the factory. Corrosion protection can thus also be ensured at the critical transition areas.
REQUIREMENTS MET
The BBV strand anchor system Semipermanent-eco complies with the requirements of Tab. C.1 of the European standard "Execution of special geotechnical works (foundation engineering) Grouted anchors" DIN EN 1537:2013-09.
In accordance with BBV approval Z-34.11-234, the strand bundle in the area of the free anchor length ("Ltf") is pre-injected with corrosion protection agent in a common sheathing tube at the factory. Corrosion protection can thus also be ensured at the critical transition areas. The common sheathing tube allows simplified sealing of the anchor against pressurized water.

These strand anchors can transfer loads into the ground and can subsequently be removed without damaging the structure. Deconstruction is done by removing the tendon, leaving the cement block in the ground. The advantages are environmental friendliness, the ability to reuse anchor plates and perforated disks, safe controlled removal and reduced costs. BBV Systems has developed a special system that speeds up dismantling and avoids damage.
