Mühlturmpassage Parking Garage

Short description

As part of the new construction of the Mühlturmpassage in Speyer, BBV manufactured, delivered, and tensioned numerous Lo1 tendons for the floor slab to create a dense, durable, and crack-free floor slab. The floor slab was coated only with a rigid surface protection system (similar to today’s OS8). To date, no cracks have appeared in the floor slab.

The project

As part of the new construction of the Mühlturmpassage in Speyer, BBV manufactured, delivered, and installed numerous Lo1 tendons for the floor slab.

The goal was to create a dense, durable, and crack-free structure. The floor slab was coated only with a rigid surface protection system.

To date, no cracks have appeared in the floor slab, confirming the high quality and durability of the construction.
