Post-Tensioning of wind towers

The guideline for wind towers (chapter 5 – materials and execution of works) dated October 2012 requires among others, that systems which are used for the post-tensioning of wind towers, have to be approved for this specific application.

BBV Systems with the new German Approval Z-13.3-133 has become the first company to provide an approved system for the post-tensioning of wind towers.
